Refund Policy
All sales are final. Remodel Favor does not offer refunds for any payments made. Our team invests time, resources, and expertise into generating high-quality leads and executing campaigns, and as such, we do not provide refunds for services rendered.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service at any time without penalties or long-term commitments. To cancel, simply provide written notice via email to [email protected] before your next billing cycle. Once canceled, you will not be charged for any future services, but past payments remain non-refundable.
You may also cancel by visiting https://remodelfavor.com/clients and selecting "pause your leadflow".
Clients are responsible for submitting cancellation or pause requests through one of the approved methods listed above: written notice by email to [email protected] or by using the “Pause Your Leadflow” option on our client page. Until a cancellation or pause request is received through one of these approved methods, the account may remain active and the client may continue to be billed for any leads delivered prior to cancellation or pause confirmation.
Lead Credit Policy Below:
Incorrect Information: If an incorrect name, phone number, or address details are provided to the Client, the Client is eligible for a lead credit.
Contracted with a contractor: If the lead states they are contracted with a contractor, the Client is eligible for a lead credit. Clients must provide the contracting company
Out of Area Lead: If the client receives a lead out of their service area. The Client is Eligible for a lead credit.
When Will Leads Be Credited? Leads Will Be Credited at the 1st week of every month
Will unresponsive leads be credited? No. However, our team will reengage them for you
